AIRCRAFT TYPE - Type of aircraft and general description

OPEN UP INSPECTION - Receive aircraft, open inspection panels, inspect aircraft, inspect engine, and review AD notes and write-up discrepancies and notify customer.  This does not include any additional time and materials required to drill out rusted and/or damaged screws or fasteners used in inspection panels or access panels associated with aircraft inspection.

MATERIALS COST - Estimated materials such as lubricants and cleaning materials.  Does not include cost of engine oil if changed and related disposal cost.  

CLOSE-UP OF AIRCRAFT - Estimated hours to close-up aircraft after inspection under normal circumstances. 

ESTIMATED TOTAL - Ballpark idea of total cost of annual inspection.

This chart is for reference only.  It does not include any work performed to correct any discrepancies, any additional work or related cost required to comply with AD Notes.  Also not included are any materials required for repairs or modifications or any additional work performed at customer request. 

Any and all discrepancies that are considered to be airworthiness items must be complied with before log book sign-off;  This includes AD Notes, Form 337’s and FAA Aircraft Specification conformity applicable to aircraft type or any other paperwork required by FAA to conform to accepted practices and/or standards in general use at time of inspection.

Experimental licensed aircraft will be subject to the above conditions and requirements and will be signed-off as Safe for Flight.

Due to the age, construction, place of manufacture and/or the unusual nature of your aircraft, a deposit is required before work will begin.  Payment can be accomplished in payments consistent with the above chart.  For example, estimated cost for inspection, close-up and etc.  Customer agrees aircraft will not be release back to customer or their agents until entire cost of inspection and related work, whether started or completed, is paid for in full.  At any time outstanding balance exceeds $2000 US dollars on smaller aircraft and $5000 US dollars on all other aircraft, work will stop and after ten days of non-payment, aircraft will be placed into storage at that time storage fees will be charged on a by monthly basis.  ATW will perform the required work in a manner as to provide an economical and expedient return to service without compromising safety.  No refunds on labor.
